This book is a complete private venture, financed by its authors. The sales price is intended to cover the actual expenses for the layout, printing handling etc. of the book but not to create an actual income to the authors. Despite the additional cost we have decided to print the book on all-color pages in a very high standard and with hardcover binding. Please note that only a low number of 1’000 copies was printed and that a second copy run is not foreseen.
